Please note that our business offers digital marketing services and custom web development, not tangible products. As such, we do not issue refunds for services that have already been performed or work that has already been completed.
By hiring ViPro Marketing, you agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy:
1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, which involve labor, expertise, and time that cannot be recovered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on:
- Service Fees: Monthly management fees for Google Ads, Social Media, or SEO.
- Setup Fees: One-time fees for onboarding, account creation, or strategy planning.
- Consultation Fees: Fees paid for time spent in strategy sessions or consulting.
2. Website Design & Development Projects
Web design projects require significant upfront resources. Therefore:
- Deposits: Any deposit or down payment (usually 50%) is non-refundable. This secures your spot in our production schedule and covers initial design concepts.
- Cancellation during project: If you choose to cancel a web design project after work has commenced but before completion, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance, but the initial deposit will be forfeited to cover the labor hours already invested.
- Completed Projects: Once a website is launched and approved by the Client, no refunds will be issued.
3. Monthly Marketing Services (Ads, Social Media, SEO)
- Pre-payment: All monthly services are billed in advance.
- Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your monthly services at any time with a 30-day written notice via email.
- No Prorated Refunds: If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will continue until the end of that billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
- Example: If you are billed on the 1st and cancel on the 15th, your service continues until the 30th/31st, and you will not be charged for the following month. You will not receive a refund for the remaining 15 days.
4. Advertising Budget (Ad Spend)
It is crucial to understand the difference between our “Service Fee” and your “Ad Budget”.
- Third-Party Payments: Your advertising budget is paid directly to third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Yelp). ViPro Marketing does not collect or hold this money.
- Non-Refundable: We cannot refund any money spent on advertising platforms. Once the budget is spent by Google/Facebook, it is gone. If you wish to stop spending, you must notify us immediately to pause the campaigns.
5. Third-Party Expenses
Any purchases made on your behalf for third-party tools or assets are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to:
- Domain name registration.
- Hosting fees.
- Premium stock images or videos.
- Software licenses (e.g., plugins, CRM tools).
6. Results & Satisfaction
While we strive for excellence, marketing results (bookings, calls, sales) can vary due to market conditions and are not guaranteed.
- No Refunds for Performance: We do not issue refunds based on the performance of a campaign (e.g., “I didn’t get enough calls this month”). You are paying for our professional time, management, and expertise, not a guaranteed outcome.
- Revisions: If you are unsatisfied with a creative asset (e.g., an ad image or a post design), we are happy to provide reasonable revisions to meet your expectations within the scope of the agreement.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage Clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues.
- Attempting a credit card chargeback (dispute) without first contacting ViPro Marketing to resolve the issue may result in the immediate termination of all services and permanent banning from our agency. We reserve the right to report the incident to credit bureaus and collections agencies.
